ad-Dukhan (Smoke, The Evident Smoke) 44:54

44:54 كذلك وزوجناهم بحور عين


TransliterationKathalika wazawwajnahum bihoorin AAeenin
LiteralAs/like that, and We got them married with (spouses of) eyes with intense blackness of pupils and whiteness (beautifully contrasted).

Yusuf AliSo; and We shall join them to fair women with beautiful, big, and lustrous eyes.
PickthalEven so (it will be). And We shall wed them unto fair ones with wide, lovely eyes.
Arberry Even so; and We shall espouse them to wide-eyed houris,
ShakirThus (shall it be), and We will wed them with Houris pure, beautiful ones.
SarwarWe shall unite them to maidens with big black and white lovely eyes.
KhalifaWe grant them wonderful spouses.
Hilali/KhanSo (it will be), and We shall marry them to Houris (female fair ones) with wide, lovely eyes.
H/K/SaheehThus. And We will marry them to fair women with large, [beautiful] eyes.
MalikSuch shall be their place! And We shall wed them to Hourin-Ayn (damsels with beautiful big and lustrous eyes).[54]
QXPThus shall it be. And We shall pair them with virtuous companions of beautiful vision.
