| 7:170 والذين يمسكون بالكتاب واقاموا الصلاة انا لانضيع اجر المصلحين | |
| Transliteration | Waallatheena yumassikoona bialkitabi waaqamoo alssalata inna la nudeeAAu ajra almusliheena |
| Literal | And those who hold fast/grasp with The Book , and kept up the prayers, that We do not loose/waste the correctings'/repairings' reward/wage . |
| Yusuf Ali | As to those who hold fast by the Book and establish regular prayer,- never shall We suffer the reward of the righteous to perish. |
| Pickthal | And as for those who make (men) keep the Scripture, and establish worship - lo! We squander not the wages of reformers. |
| Arberry | And those who hold fast to the Book, and perform the prayer -- surely We leave not to waste the wage of those who set aright. |
