Jesus

The Jesus Survey

There is a split among Christians on the fundamental belief of who Jesus is.

Some Christian claim Jesus is God and some Christians Say Jesus is not God, For Example;

The Ebonites, the Cerinthians, the Basilidians, the Capocratians, and the Hypisistarians. The Arians, Paulicians and Goths who are the earlier Christians who Do not Accept Jesus as God .

Even in the modern age there are churches in Asia, in Africa, the Unitarian church, the Jehovah's witnesses, and even the majority of today's Anglican Bishops do not worship Jesus as God.

According to the Bible, both different groups of Christians are right.

They are all Right according to certain parts of the Bible.

Now the main Concern is that within their own Bible, which verses do they accept and not accept.

For Example:

Those who claim Jesus is God may justify their claims by quoting;

"who ever sees me sees the Father"

On the Other hand, Those that say Jesus is Not God can justify their claim by quoting;

"We are All Created in the Image of God"Genesis 1:27

and

"No one has Seen the Father"

Another dividing verse among them is;

"The Father and I are one" which those that claim Jesus is God can use.

While one the other hand, Those Christians who Declare Jesus is not God can use;

"Father help them so they can be one with you as I am one with you"

Now we see the problem, we have verses in the Bible that Divide Christians among themselves.

The Solution to the deadly problem is very simple.

ADD IT UP J

Christians should go through the Bible, take all the verses that support either side and count them.

Which ever side has more, should be the True Christianity.

Here's a helping start:

"Behold my servant, whom I have chosen."Matthew 12:18

"The God of Abraham, and of Isaac,.... hath glorified his servant Jesus."Acts 3:13

"For of a truth against thy holy servant Jesus, whom thou hast anointed...."Acts 4:27

"And when he would have put him to death, he feared the multitude, because they counted him as a prophet." Matthew 14:5 (compare with Matthew 21:26

"And the multitude said, This is Jesus the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee."Matthew 21:11

"But when they sought to lay hands on him, they feared the multitude, because they took him for a prophet."Matthew 21:46

"And he said unto them, What things? And they said unto him, concerning Jesus of Nazareth, which was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people:"Luke 24:19

"The woman saith unto him, Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet."John 4:19

"Then those men, when they had seen the miracle that Jesus did, said, This is of a truth that prophet that should come into the world."John 6:14

"Many of the people therefore, when they heard this saying, said, Of a truth this is the Prophet."John 7:40

"Nevertheless I (Jesus) must walk to day, and to morrow, and the [day] following: for it cannot be that a prophet perish out of Jerusalem."Luke 13:33

"And they were offended in him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, save in his own country, and in his own house."Matthew 13:57

How many does the other side have??
