1.2.2.8
Genesis 1:26
In the Book of Genesis 1:26, we read:
"And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our
likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of
the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and
over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth
upon the earth."
In this and other verses of the Bible, God refers to Himself
as "us" and "our," etc. Does not the use of the terms "us" and
"our" prove that the God which created all of creation is not a
singular entity but a Trinity?
For the answer to this question please refer to chapter 14
which discusses the use of plural pronouns with respect to God
in both the Bible as well as the Qur'an.
