| 2:281 واتقوا يوما ترجعون فيه الى الله ثم توفى كل نفس ماكسبت وهم لايظلمون | |
| Transliteration | Waittaqoo yawman turjaAAoona feehi ila Allahi thumma tuwaffa kullu nafsin ma kasabat wahum la yuthlamoona |
| Literal | And fear a day/time, you are being returned in it to God, then every self is (to be) fulfilled/completed what (it) gathered/earned , and they are not being caused injustice to/oppressed. |
| Yusuf Ali | And fear the Day when ye shall be brought back to Allah. Then shall every soul be paid what it earned, and none shall be dealt with unjustly. |
| Pickthal | And guard yourselves against a day in which ye will be brought back to Allah. Then every soul will be paid in full that which it hath earned, and they will not be wronged. |
