22:35 الذين اذا ذكر الله وجلت قلوبهم والصابرين على مااصابهم والمقيمي الصلاة ومما رزقناهم ينفقون | |
Transliteration | Allatheena itha thukira Allahu wajilat quloobuhum waalssabireena AAala ma asabahum waalmuqeemee alssalati wamimma razaqnahum yunfiqoona |
Literal | Those whom if God was mentioned their hearts/minds became afraid/apprehensive, and the patient on what struck them , and the keeping up the prayers, and from what We provided for them they spend. |
Yusuf Ali | To those whose hearts when Allah is mentioned, are filled with fear, who show patient perseverance over their afflictions, keep up regular prayer, and spend (in charity) out of what We have bestowed upon them. |
Pickthal | Whose hearts fear when Allah is mentioned, and the patient of whatever may befall them, and those who establish worship and who spend of that We have bestowed on them. |
