| 5:88 وكلوا مما رزقكم الله حلالا طيبا واتقوا الله الذي انتم به مؤمنون | |
| Transliteration | Wakuloo mimma razaqakumu Allahu halalan tayyiban waittaqoo Allaha allathee antum bihi mu/minoona |
| Literal | And eat from what God provided for you, permitted/allowed, good/enjoyable , and fear and obey God, whom you are with (in) him believing. |
| Yusuf Ali | Eat of the things which Allah hath provided for you, lawful and good; but fear Allah, in Whom ye believe. |
| Pickthal | Eat of that which Allah hath bestowed on you as food lawful and good, and keep your duty to Allah in Whom ye are believers. |
