| 6:110 ونقلب افئدتهم وابصارهم كما لم يؤمنوا به اول مرة ونذرهم في طغيانهم يعمهون | |
| Transliteration | Wanuqallibu af-idatahum waabsarahum kama lam yu/minoo bihi awwala marratin wanatharuhum fee tughyanihim yaAAmahoona |
| Literal | And We turn their hearts (minds) and their eye sights/understanding as they did not believe with it (the) first time , and We leave them in their tyranny/arrogance being confused/hesitant. |
| Yusuf Ali | We (too) shall turn to (confusion) their hearts and their eyes, even as they refused to believe in this in the first instance: We shall leave them in their trespasses, to wander in distraction. |
