| 11:53 قالوا ياهود ماجئتنا ببينة ومانحن بتاركي الهتنا عن قولك ومانحن لك بمؤمنين | |
| Transliteration | Qaloo ya hoodu ma ji/tana bibayyinatin wama nahnu bitarikee alihatina AAan qawlika wama nahnu laka bimu/mineena |
| Literal | They said: "You Hood, you did not come to us with an evidence, and we are not with leaving our Gods from/on your saying/opinion and belief and We are not to you with believing." |
| Yusuf Ali | They said: "O Hud! No Clear (Sign) that hast thou brought us, and we are not the ones to desert our gods on thy word! Nor shall we believe in thee! |
