| Transliteration | Fa-in tawallaw fa-inna Allaha AAaleemun bialmufsideena |
| Literal | So if they turned away, so that God (is) knowledgeable with the corrupting . |
| Yusuf Ali | But if they turn back, Allah hath full knowledge of those who do mischief. |
| Pickthal | And if they turn away, then lo! Allah is Aware of (who are) the corrupters. |
| Arberry | And if they turn their backs, assuredly God knows the workers of corruption. |
| Shakir | But if they turn back, then surely Allah knows the mischief-makers. |
