| 3:68 ان اولى الناس بابراهيم للذين اتبعوه وهذا النبي والذين امنوا والله ولي المؤمنين | |
| Transliteration | Inna awla alnnasi bi-ibraheema lallatheena ittabaAAoohu wahatha alnnabiyyu waallatheena amanoo waAllahu waliyyu almu/mineena |
| Literal | That the people most worthy with Abraham are those who followed him and this the prophet and those who believed, and God (is) the believer's guardian/patron . |
| Yusuf Ali | Without doubt, among men, the nearest of kin to Abraham, are those who follow him, as are also this Prophet and those who believe: And Allah is the Protector of those who have faith. |
