| 14:36 رب انهن اضللن كثيرا من الناس فمن تبعني فانه مني ومن عصاني فانك غفور رحيم | |
| Transliteration | Rabbi innahunna adlalna katheeran mina alnnasi faman tabiAAanee fa-innahu minnee waman AAasanee fa-innaka ghafoorun raheemun |
| Literal | My Lord that they (F) truly misguided (F) many from the people, so who followed me, so that he truly is from me, and who disobeyed me, so that You are forgiving, merciful. |
| Yusuf Ali | "O my Lord! they have indeed led astray many among mankind; He then who follows my (ways) is of me, and he that disobeys me,- but Thou art indeed Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful. |
