| 3:149 ياايها الذين امنوا ان تطيعوا الذين كفروا يردوكم على اعقابكم فتنقلبوا خاسرين | |
| Transliteration | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo in tuteeAAoo allatheena kafaroo yaruddookum AAala aAAqabikum fatanqaliboo khasireena |
| Literal | You, you those who believed, if you obey those who disbelieved, they return you on your heels, so you turn/return losers . |
| Yusuf Ali | O ye who believe! If ye obey the Unbelievers, they will drive you back on your heels, and ye will turn back (from Faith) to your own loss. |
