3:162 افمن اتبع رضوان الله كمن باء بسخط من الله وماواه جهنم وبئس المصير | |
Transliteration | Afamani ittabaAAa ridwana Allahi kaman baa bisakhatin mina Allahi wama/wahu jahannamu wabi/sa almaseeru |
Literal | Is that who followed God's acceptance/approval/satisfaction, as who returned with hatred/anger/dissatisfaction from God, and his shelter/refuge (is) Hell , and how bad (is) the end/destination? |
Yusuf Ali | Is the man who follows the good pleasure of Allah Like the man who draws on himself the wrath of Allah, and whose abode is in Hell?- A woeful refuge! |
Pickthal | Is one who followeth the pleasure of Allah as one who hath earned condemnation from Allah, whose habitation is the Fire, a hapless journey's end? |
