Transliteration | Wama thalamnahum walakin kanoo humu alththalimeena |
Literal | And We did not cause injustice/oppression to them, and but they, they were the unjust/oppressive. |
Yusuf Ali | Nowise shall We be unjust to them: but it is they who have been unjust themselves. |
Pickthal | We wronged them not, but they it was who did the wrong. |
Arberry | We never wronged them, but they themselves did the wrong. |
