| 46:22 قالوا اجئتنا لتافكنا عن الهتنا فاتنا بما تعدنا ان كنت من الصادقين | |
| Transliteration | Qaloo aji/tana lita/fikana AAan alihatina fa/tina bima taAAiduna in kunta mina alssadiqeena |
| Literal | They said: "Did you come to us to turn us away from our gods, so come/bring to us with what you promise us if you were from the truthful." |
| Yusuf Ali | They said: "Hast thou come in order to turn us aside from our gods? Then bring upon us the (calamity) with which thou dost threaten us, if thou art telling the truth?" |
| Pickthal | They said: Hast come to turn us away from our gods? Then bring upon us that wherewith thou threatenest us, if thou art of the truthful. |
