47:22 فهل عسيتم ان توليتم ان تفسدوا في الارض وتقطعوا ارحامكم


TransliterationFahal AAasaytum in tawallaytum an tufsidoo fee al-ardi watuqattiAAoo arhamakum
LiteralSo did you maybe/perhaps (hope) if you turned away that (E) you corrupt/disorder in the earth/Planet Earth and cut off/sever your relations/wombs/uteruses? (Did you expect to get away with it? )

Yusuf AliThen, is it to be expected of you, if ye were put in authority, that ye will do mischief in the land, and break your ties of kith and kin?
