Qaf (The Letter Qaf) 50:5

50:5 بل كذبوا بالحق لما جاءهم فهم في امر مريج


TransliterationBal kaththaboo bialhaqqi lamma jaahum fahum fee amrin mareejin
LiteralBut they lied/denied/falsified with the truth when (it) came to them, so they are (in a) confusing/disturbing , matter/affair .

Yusuf AliBut they deny the Truth when it comes to them: so they are in a confused state.
PickthalNay, but they have denied the truth when it came unto them, therefor they are now in troubled case.
Arberry Nay, but they cried lies to the truth when it came to them, and so they are in a case confused.
ShakirNay, they rejected the truth when it came to them, so they are (now) in a state of confusion.
