62:8 قل ان الموت الذي تفرون منه فانه ملاقيكم ثم تردون الى عالم الغيب والشهادة فينبئكم بما كنتم تعملون | |
Transliteration | Qul inna almawta allathee tafirroona minhu fa-innahu mulaqeekum thumma turaddoona ila AAalimi alghaybi waalshshahadati fayunabbi-okum bima kuntum taAAmaloona |
Literal | Say: "That truly the death/lifelessness which you run away/flee from it, so that it truly is meeting/finding you , then you be returned to knower (of) the unseen/hidden/super natural and the testimony/presence , so He informs you with what you were making/doing ." |
Yusuf Ali | Say: "The Death from which ye flee will truly overtake you: then will ye be sent back to the Knower of things secret and open: and He will tell you (the truth of) the things that ye did!" |
Pickthal | Say (unto them, O Muhammad): Lo! the death from which ye shrink will surely meet you, and afterward ye will be returned unto the Knower of the Invisible and the Visible, and He will tell you what ye used to do. |
