| Transliteration | Wa-ikhwanuhum yamuddoonahum fee alghayyi thumma la yuqsiroona |
| Literal | And their brothers extend/spread them in the misguidance/failure, then they do not lag/fall behind/neglect . |
| Yusuf Ali | But their brethren (the evil ones) plunge them deeper into error, and never relax (their efforts). |
| Pickthal | Their brethren plunge them further into error and cease not. |
| Arberry | and their brothers they lead on into error, then they stop not short. |
