| 78:37 رب السماوات والارض ومابينهما الرحمن لايملكون منه خطابا | |
| Transliteration | Rabbi alssamawati waal-ardi wama baynahuma alrrahmani la yamlikoona minhu khitaban |
| Literal | The skies'/space's and the earth's/Planet Earth's and what (is) between them (B)'s Lord, the merciful, they do not own/possess from Him an address/conversation (they can not talk to Him). |
| Yusuf Ali | (From) the Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all between, (Allah) Most Gracious: None shall have power to argue with Him. |
| Pickthal | Lord of the heavens and the earth, and (all) that is between them, the Beneficent; with Whom none can converse. |
| Arberry | Lord of the heavens and earth, and all that between them is, the All-merciful of whom they have no power to speak. |
