14:49 وترى المجرمين يومئذ مقرنين في الاصفاد


TransliterationWatara almujrimeena yawma-ithin muqarraneena fee al-asfadi
LiteralAnd you see/understand the criminals/sinners (on) that day tied to each other in the ties/shackles/chains .

Yusuf AliAnd thou wilt see the sinners that day bound together in fetters;-
PickthalThou wilt see the guilty on that day linked together in chains,
Arberry And thou shalt see the sinners that day coupled in fetters,
ShakirAnd you will see the guilty on that day linked together in chains.
Sarwaryou will see the guilty ones bound in chains,
KhalifaAnd you will see the guilty on that day chained in shackles.
Hilali/KhanAnd you will see the Mujrimoon (criminals, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism, polytheists, disobedient to Allah, etc.) that Day bound together in fetters; (Muqarranoon in fetters; mean:- with their hands and feet tied to their necks with chains.)
H/K/SaheehAnd you will see the criminals that Day bound together in shackles,
QXPAnd even before the Day of Resurrection, the Divine System will be established on earth and the guilty will not be able to commit bloody crimes on earth, nor will they be able to steal the fruit of the toil of others. They will be effectively immobilized.
Maulana AliAnd thou wilt see the guilty on that day linked together in chains --
Free MindsAnd you will see the criminals on that Day held by restraints.
Qaribullah On that Day, you shall see the sinners coupled together in fetters;
