| Transliteration | WajaAAalna lakum feeha maAAayisha waman lastum lahu biraziqeena |
| Literal | And We made/created for you in it livelihoods/sustenances, and whom you are not to him with providing for. |
| Yusuf Ali | And We have provided therein means of subsistence,- for you and for those for whose sustenance ye are not responsible. |
| Pickthal | And we have given unto you livelihoods therein, and unto those for whom ye provide not. |
