Transliteration | Faman thaqulat mawazeenuhu faola-ika humu almuflihoona |
Literal | So who his weights/measures became heavy, so those are the successful/winners. |
Yusuf Ali | Then those whose balance (of good deeds) is heavy,- they will attain salvation: |
Pickthal | Then those whose scales are heavy, they are the successful. |
Arberry | Then he whose scales are heavy -- they are the prosperers, |
Shakir | Then as for him whose good deeds are preponderant, these are the successful. |
Sarwar | If the side of ones good deeds weighs heavier on a scale, he will have everlasting happiness, |
Khalifa | As for those whose weights are heavy, they will be the winners. |
Hilali/Khan | Then, those whose scales (of good deeds) are heavy, - these, they are the successful. |
H/K/Saheeh | And those whose scales are heavy [with good deeds] it is they who are the successful. |
Malik | Then only those whose weight of good deeds is heavy, will attain salvation.[102] |
