| 23:103 ومن خفت موازينه فاولئك الذين خسروا انفسهم في جهنم خالدون | |
| Transliteration | Waman khaffat mawazeenuhu faola-ika allatheena khasiroo anfusahum fee jahannama khalidoona |
| Literal | And who his weights/measures were reduced/lightened, so those (are) those who lost themselves in Hell immortally/eternally. |
| Yusuf Ali | But those whose balance is light, will be those who have lost their souls, in Hell will they abide. |
| Pickthal | And those whose scales are light are those who lose their souls, in hell abiding. |
| Arberry | and he whose scales are light -- they have lost their souls in Gehenna dwelling forever, |
| Shakir | And as for him whose good deeds are light, these are they who shall have lost their souls, abiding in hell |
