27:32 قالت ياايها الملا افتوني في امري ماكنت قاطعة امرا حتى تشهدون


TransliterationQalat ya ayyuha almalao aftoonee fee amree ma kuntu qatiAAatan amran hatta tashhadoona
LiteralShe said: "You, you the nobles/assembly , give me your opinion in my matter/affair/order/command, I was not deciding a matter/affair/order/command until you witness/testify."

Yusuf AliShe said: "Ye chiefs! advise me in (this) my affair: no affair have I decided except in your presence."
PickthalShe said: O chieftains! Pronounce for me in my case. I decide no case till ye are present with me.
Arberry She said, 'O Council, pronounce to me concerning my affair; I am not used to decide an affair until you bear me witness.'
