29:35 ولقد تركنا منها اية بينة لقوم يعقلون


TransliterationWalaqad tarakna minha ayatan bayyinatan liqawmin yaAAqiloona
LiteralAnd We had left from it an evident sign/evidence to a nation reasoning/understanding .

Yusuf AliAnd We have left thereof an evident Sign, for any people who (care to) understand.
PickthalAnd verily of that We have left a clear sign for people who have sense.
Arberry And indeed, We have left thereof a sign, a clear sign? unto a people who understand.
ShakirAnd certainly We have left a clear sign of it for a people who understand.
SarwarWe left manifest evidence (of the truth) there for the people of understanding.

Its waters contain so high a percentage of sulphur and potash that no fish or plants can live in them.]
