| 29:36 والى مدين اخاهم شعيبا فقال ياقوم اعبدوا الله وارجوا اليوم الاخر ولاتعثوا في الارض مفسدين | |
| Transliteration | Wa-ila madyana akhahum shuAAayban faqala ya qawmi oAAbudoo Allaha waorjoo alyawma al-akhira wala taAAthaw fee al-ardi mufsideena |
| Literal | And to Madya their brother Shu'aib , so he said: "My nation worship God, and hope/expect the Day the Last/Resurrection Day, and do not corrupt in the earth/Planet Earth corrupting ." |
| Yusuf Ali | To the Madyan (people) (We sent) their brother Shu'aib. Then he said: "O my people! serve Allah, and fear the Last Day: nor commit evil on the earth, with intent to do mischief." |
