| Transliteration | Ala innahum min ifkihim layaqooloona |
| Literal | Is (it) not that they truly are from their lies/falsehood, they say (E): |
| Yusuf Ali | Is it not that they say, from their own invention, |
| Pickthal | Lo! it is of their falsehood that they say: |
