| Transliteration | Thumma inna lahum AAalayha lashawban min hameemin |
| Literal | Then for them on it (is) a mixture/heat (E) from hot/cold water/red hot coal . |
| Yusuf Ali | Then on top of that they will be given a mixture made of boiling water. |
| Pickthal | And afterward, lo! thereupon they have a drink of boiling water |
| Arberry | then on top of it they have a brew of boiling water, |
| Shakir | Then most surely they shall have after it to drink of a mixture prepared in boiling water. |
