| Transliteration | Qala innaka mina almunthareena |
| Literal | He (God) said: "That you are from the given time/delayed ." |
| Yusuf Ali | (Allah) said: "Be thou among those who have respite." |
| Pickthal | He said: Lo! thou art of those reprieved. |
