| Transliteration | Wamina allayli faosjud lahu wasabbihhu laylan taweelan |
| Literal | And from the night, so prostrate to Him, and praise/glorify Him at night/nightly long. |
| Yusuf Ali | And part of the night, prostrate thyself to Him; and glorify Him a long night through. |
