| 95:1 سورة التين بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم ٛــــ والتين والزيتون |

| 95:3 وهذا البلد الامين |
| |

| Transliteration | Wahatha albaladi al-ameeni |
| Literal | And/by this the country/land/city , the faithful/secure . |

| Yusuf Ali | And this City of security,- |
| Pickthal | And by this land made safe; |
| Arberry | and this land secure! |
| Shakir | And this city made secure, |
| Sarwar | and by this inviolable city, Mecca. |
| Khalifa | And this honored town (Mecca). |
| Hilali/Khan | And by this city of security (Makkah) , |

| 95:4 لقد خلقنا الانسان في احسن تقويم |
| |

| Transliteration | Laqad khalaqna al-insana fee ahsani taqweemin |
| Literal | We had (E) created the human/mankind in best chronometry/cartography (methods of calculating maps and charts)/straightness (formation). |
| |
|
| Yusuf Ali | We have indeed created man in the best of moulds, |
| Pickthal | Surely We created man of the best stature |
| Arberry | We indeed created Man in the fairest stature |
| Shakir | Certainly We created man in the best make. |
| Sarwar | We have created the human being in the best form |
| Khalifa | We created man in the best design. |
| Hilali/Khan | Verily, We created man of the best stature (mould), |

| 95:5 ثم رددناه اسفل سافلين |
| |

| Transliteration | Thumma radadnahu asfala safileena |
| Literal | Then We returned him (to) lowest/more lowly/more mean lowly/mean (lowliest) . |

| Yusuf Ali | Then do We abase him (to be) the lowest of the low,- |
| Pickthal | Then we reduced him to the lowest of the low, |
| Arberry | then We restored him the lowest of the low -- |
| Shakir | Then We render him the lowest of the low. |
| Sarwar | and We shall make him the lowest of low |
| Khalifa | Then turned him into the lowliest of the lowly. |

| 95:6 الا الذين امنوا وعملوا الصالحات فلهم اجر غير ممنون |

| Transliteration | Illa allatheena amanoo waAAamiloo alssalihati falahum ajrun ghayru mamnoonin |
| Literal | Except those who believed and made/did the correct/righteous deeds, so for them (is) a not interrupted/weakened reward . |
| |
|
| Yusuf Ali | Except such as believe and do righteous deeds: For they shall have a reward unfailing. |
| Pickthal | Save those who believe and do good works, and theirs is a reward unfailing. |
| Arberry | save those who believe, and do righteous deeds; they shall have a wage unfailing. |
| Shakir | Except those who believe and do good, so they shall have a reward never to be cut off. |
| Sarwar | except the righteously striving believers who will have a never ending reward. |
| Khalifa | Except those who believe and lead a righteous life; they receive a reward that is well deserved. |
| Hilali/Khan | Save those who believe (in Islamic Monotheism) and do righteous deeds, then they shall have a reward without end (Paradise). |
| H/K/Saheeh | Except for those who believe and do righteous deeds, for they will have a reward uninterrupted. |
| Malik | except those who believe and do good deeds - for they shall have a never ending reward.[6] |
| QXP | Except those who have chosen to be graced with belief, and work to augment the human potential. And theirs is a reward unending. |
| Maulana Ali | Except those who believe and do good; so theirs is a reward never to be cut off. |
| Free Minds | Except those who have believed and done good work, they will have a reward of thanks. |
| Qaribullah | except the believers who do good works, for theirs shall be an unfailing recompense. |

at-Tin 095:007
| 95:7 فما يكذبك بعد بالدين |
| |

| Transliteration | Fama yukaththibuka baAAdu bialddeeni |
| Literal | So what makes you lie/deny/falsify after with the religion? |
| |
|
| Yusuf Ali | Then what can, after this, contradict thee, as to the judgment (to come)? |
| Pickthal | So who henceforth will give the lie to thee about the judgment? |
| Arberry | What then shall cry thee lies as to the Doom? |
| Shakir | Then who can give you the lie after (this) about the judgment? |
| Sarwar | After (knowing) this, what makes you still disbelieve in the Day of Judgment?. |
| Khalifa | Why do you still reject the faith? |
| Hilali/Khan | Then what (or who) causes you (O disbelievers) to deny the Recompense (i.e. Day of Resurrection)? |
| H/K/Saheeh | So what yet causes you to deny the Recompense? |
| Malik | So, what causes them to disbelieve you concerning the Day of Judgment?[7] |
| QXP | What, then, can make you deny the Divine System of life! |
| Maulana Ali | So who can give the lie to thee after (this) about the Judgment? |
| Free Minds | So what would make you deny the system after that? |
| Qaribullah | So, what then shall belie you concerning the Recompense? |
| |

| George Sale | What therefore shall cause thee to deny the day of judgement after this? |
| JM Rodwell | Then, who after this shall make thee treat the Judgment as a lie? |

| Asad | What, then, [O man,] could henceforth cause thee to give the lie to this moral law? |
at-Tin 095:008
| 95:8 اليس الله باحكم الحاكمين |
| |
|
| Transliteration | Alaysa Allahu bi-ahkami alhakimeena |
| Literal | Is God not with (the) most judicious (of) the judges/rulers? |
| |
|
| Yusuf Ali | Is not Allah the wisest of judges? |
| Pickthal | Is not Allah the most conclusive of all judges? |
| Arberry | Is not God the justest of judges? |
| Shakir | Is not Allah the best of the Judges? |
| Sarwar | Is God not the best of the Judges?. |
| Khalifa | Is GOD not the Most Wise, of all the wise ones? |
| Hilali/Khan | Is not Allah the Best of judges? |
